Lab Sample Vials

According to the lab sample vials material, the septa can be roughly divided into three categories: PTFE, PTFE+silicone, and pre-cut PTFE+silicone. The types of septa required for different experiments are also different. Among them, the PTFE septa are suitable for a single injection. Because sample vials will not be resealed after the puncture, it is not recommended to store samples for a long time; while the PTFE+silicone septa are mostly used in collection experiments that require multiple injections. Glass sample vials‘ working temperature range is -40 ℃ to 200 ℃, it has the chemical resistance of PTFE before puncture, and the chemical compatibility of silica gel after the puncture, so lab vials can be used to store samples for a long time; finally, pre-cut PTFE+silicone septa. Lab sample vials can provide a good ventilation environment for the sample to prevent the formation of a vacuum in the sample vials, thereby achieving excellent sampling reproducibility. Vacuum vials type of septa is generally also used in the collection experiment of multiple injections.
